- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a business related field or possess an Associate’s Degree in a business related field plus a minimum of two years of experience in a Human Resources or business related role.
- Ability to communicate using proper telephone etiquette with customers, other employees and vendors.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

- Clean driving record with all applicable endorsements required.
Gilmore City Service Center - Gilmore City, IA
- High School diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred.
- 2 years of proven experience as auto mechanic preferred.
- Possesses a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and a driving record that meets or exceeds Pro Cooperative driving guidelines.
- Class A CDL preferred.
- Have an excellent understanding of general maintenance of machinery, equipment and vehicles owned and operated.
- Available to work extended hours when needed.
Any Pro Cooperative location
- Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and related experience and/or training.
- Class A CDL required or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Valid Commercial Applicators License preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days.
- Possesses a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and a driving record that meets or exceeds Pro Cooperative driving guidelines.
- Have an excellent understanding of general maintenance of machinery, equipment and vehicles owned and operated.
