- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license required. Possesses a driving record that meets or exceeds Pro Cooperative driving guidelines.
- Key competencies include communication, results driver, sales skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- CDL and other DOT qualifications for operation of a commercial motor vehicle preferred.
Southern Region of Pro Cooperative
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license required. Possesses a driving record that meets or exceeds Pro Cooperative driving guidelines.
- Key competencies include communication, results driver, sales skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- CDL and other DOT qualifications for operation of a commercial motor vehicle preferred.
- Certified Crop Advisor preferred.
Havelock Location - Havelock, IA
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Clean driving record with all applicable endorsements required.
Graettinger, Ruthven, Terril or Wallingford
- Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and related experience and/or training.
- Class A CDL required or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Valid Commercial Applicators License preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days.
- Possesses a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and a driving record that meets or exceeds Pro Cooperative driving guidelines.
- Have an excellent understanding of general maintenance of machinery, equipment and vehicles owned and operated.
