- This position requires a bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training in leadership and operations; or equivalent combination of education in leadership and operational experience.

- 2 years of proven experience as auto mechanic preferred.
- Possesses a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and a driving record that meets or exceeds Pro Cooperative driving guidelines.
- Class A CDL preferred.
- Have an excellent understanding of general maintenance of machinery, equipment and vehicles owned and operated.
- Available to work extended hours when needed.

- Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and related experience and/or training.
- Ability to communicate using proper telephone etiquette with customers, other employees and vendors.
