Agronomy Sales Specialist

Southern Region of Pro Cooperative

Are you passionate about crop science, agriculture, and making a real impact on farm productivity? We’re looking for a dedicated Agronomy Sales Specialist to join our team!

 What We’re Looking For:
 – A bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or 3–5 years of related experience and/or training ; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
– Strong knowledge of soil health and crop management
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– A valid state driver’s license and a driving record that meets or exceeds Pro Cooperative’s safety standards
– CDL and other DOT qualifications for operating a commercial motor vehicle are preferred

 What You’ll Do:
– Advise on the best farming practices
– Conduct soil and crop analysis
– Work closely with farmers and production teams

Custom Applicator

Graettinger, Ruthven, Terril or Wallingford

Join a team that values trust, safety, service and supporting local farmers! We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Custom Applicator to help deliver top-quality service in the field.

 What We’re Looking For:
– An associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a high school diploma/GED with related experience and/or training
– Strong understanding of general maintenance for machinery, equipment, and vehicles
– Ability to operate agricultural machinery and follow application guidelines
– A valid state driver’s license and a driving record that meets or exceeds Pro Cooperative’s safety standards
– Class A CDL required, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
– Valid Commercial Applicator’s License preferred, or willing to obtain within 30 days

 What You’ll Do:
– Safely operate and maintain application equipment (spreaders, sprayers, etc.)
– Apply crop protection and fertilizer products with precision and care
– Work closely with agronomy staff and customers to meet field needs
– Perform routine maintenance and support at the agronomy center

Seasonal Operations Worker

All Locations of Pro Cooperative

As the harvest season approaches, we’re looking for multiple hardworking individuals to join our team and help us with the fall operations! In this role, you’ll help meet the needs of the location by safely and efficiently providing grain and agronomy services to our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

– Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

– Strong work ethic 

– Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed

– Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license preferred

What You’ll Do:

– Supports the location’s operations in grain and agronomy

– Operate machinery and equipment safely 
– Receiving and unloading grain operations 
– Grain drying operations 
– Maintain and repair equipment as needed
